«Discharge» old lj note from 28/11/2008

«Might as well shout it out from the rooftops...

I got discharged from therapy yesterday, this means that I am officially fit and able to deal and handle with everything...Meant to say it yesterday, but just too emotional a time, long time coming, 6 years to be precise...

So, let me repeat it once again...I got discharged from therapy yesterday...and my eyes still water every time i say it...

Will talk about it a bit more after it sinks in...»

that.i.am.sane.balanced.healthy.happy.and.thriving!

life is not perfect, i am not perfect, but this feels like heaven when i look back at my journey!
